Holiday club pack

The Holiday Club Pack contains templates for much of the essential paperwork that you are likely to need when setting up a holiday club or playscheme. The Holiday Club Pack includes all of the key forms and policies required by Ofsted under the current Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (2024).

Even if your holiday club is not registered with Ofsted, this set of documentation will help you to establish how you will deal with issues that all clubs encounter, such as managing inappropriate behaviour and what to do if a parent does not collect a child.

As well as the documentation required by Ofsted, the Holiday Club Pack also includes a selection of other templates for documents likely to be useful in the context of a holiday club such as booking forms and permission slips.

The Holiday Club Pack is delivered immediately via email so that you can start using it right away. The template documents are supplied in Microsoft Word format so that you can easily modify them as needed for your own club. If you are unsure whether your word processing application can open Word documents, find out more about software compatibility.

The Holiday Club Pack is a sub-set of the documents available in the Start-Up Pack, specially selected as being of particular relevance to childcare settings which are only open for a relatively short amount of time, such as holiday clubs.

If you have already purchased the Start-Up Pack there is no need to also purchase the Holiday Club Pack.

If you would prefer a more comprehensive library of documentation we recommend that you purchase the Start-Up Pack instead of the Holiday Club Pack.

How to purchase

To purchase the Holiday Club Pack online you will need a debit or credit card. However we are aware that some of our members do not have access to payment cards. Don't worry, we do accept payment by bank transfer or invoice and cheque — it just takes a little longer! Email us at info@oosa.co.uk for further details. The Holiday Club Pack will be emailed to you when we receive your payment.

If you have any questions about this product, please contact us at info@oosa.co.uk

For more information about our returns policy, your rights to cancel this order and our peace of mind guarantee, see our Terms and Conditions.

When you purchase the Holiday Club Pack we will send a confirmation email to the address that you specified in the purchase process. The email will contain a link to a .zip file which contains all the templates in Word format. Click on the link to download the .zip file. Please download the .zip file straightaway as the link is only active for 48 hours after purchase.

Most computer systems will automatically open the .zip file for you so that you can access the Word files. If the .zip file does not open automatically you will need to use a standard decompression utility (such as WinZip, Stuffit or PKZip) to extract the Word files.
